Teresa is currently the Director of Technical Support Services at West Chester University where she has worked for the last 15 years and is currently responsible for the strategic planning, budgeting, and project management of the campus technology solutions. She provides authentic leadership to a team of 20 IT staff who are responsible for the deployment, support, and maintenance of the end-user technologies.
